TRECCE WITH MILK AND PECORINO
Ingredients (4 servings): 1 package Trecce
- 1 lt fresh milk
- 150 g. grated pecorino cheese
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- Salt-freshly ground pepper to taste
In a large pot, boil the Trecce Primo Gusto in milk.
Be careful to cook over low heat, especially once it comes to a boil, because milk rises up when boiling. It will take a little longer than boiling our pasta in water, so make sure to check it, and if the amount of milk is significantly reduced, just add some more milk.
In the end, we will have an amazing cream of milk and starch. Once our pasta is ready, sprinkle with pecorino, nutmeg, a bit of salt (pecorino is already quite salty) and pepper. Mix well and serve warm with some extra pecorino.
