LINGUINE WITH PORK TENDERLOIN ALFREDO

Υλικά (4 servings): 1 package Linguine
  • 1/2 kg pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons truffle oil
  • 100 g. grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • 250 ml cream
  • Salt – freshly ground pepper to taste
Εκτέλεση: In a large pot, cook the Linguine Primo Gusto in plenty of water, according to the package instructions. Finely chop the garlic and season the tenderloin with salt. In a frying pan, sauté the tenderloin with 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium to high heat, until brown on all sides. Lower the heat, add 2 tablespoons butter and garlic. Pan-baste the tenderloin with butter until cooked. The whole process will take us about 10-12 minutes. Add the cream, allow to come to a boil and then add the linguine, Parmigiano-Reggiano and pepper. Turn off the heat and drizzle with truffle oil. Mix, cut the tenderloin in portions and serve with extra grated cheese and truffle oil drops to taste.
