LASAGNE WITH SPINACH

Ingredients (for 2 servings):
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 200 g. (1 package) cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Fresh mozzarella
  • Baby spinach for serving
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • Coarse salt
Execution: In a large pot, cook the Lasagne Primo Gusto in plenty of water, for about 10-12 minutes, making sure they do not stick together. In a frying pan, put the olive oil and the spinach, sauté for about 4-5 minutes, add the cream cheese, salt, and mix. In a cast iron pan, put the butter that you have previously melted in a small saucepan or in the microwave oven for half a minute. Lay the lasagne sheets topped with the spinach and cheese filling and repeat. Finish with the sliced mozzarella. Bake in a preheated oven until mozzarella has melted. Take it out of the oven, add the eggs and bake in the oven again for five-ten minutes until the eggs are cooked. Serve with freshly ground pepper, poppy seeds, coarse salt over the egg yolks and baby spinach leaves.
