Ingredients (4 servings): 1 package of Farfalle
  • 400 g. finely chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 hot chili pepper, finely chopped
  • 300 g. tuna in water, slightly crumbled
  • 50 g. pitted olives
  • 25 g. breadcrumbs
  • 50 g. grated parmesan
  • a few fresh basil leaves
Execution: Cook the Farfalle in boiling salted water, according to the instructions. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and the finely chopped hot chili pepper for half a minute. Add the finely chopped tomatoes and the olives, a pinch of salt and simmer the sauce for 10 minutes. Drain the pasta and toss them into the sauce. Add the tuna, mix carefully and transfer them into an ovenproof dish. Mix the breadcrumbs with the grated parmesan and sprinkle on top. Bake for 3 - 4 minutes in the oven grill and serve with fresh basil leaves.
