Ingredients (4 servings): 1 package Cavatappi
  • 2 pork neck steaks (boneless)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 leeks
  • 1 shot of white wine (dry)
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 100 ml. cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch pink pepper
Execution: Slice the leek into 1 cm thick rings. Season the pork with salt and pepper and sauté it in a deep frying pan with olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the leek, lower the heat and cook until the pork is almost done and the leek is tender. Once the pork is ready, take it off the pan and cut it into strips. Pour wine over the leeks and allow the alcohol to evaporate; add the butter and let it melt. Then add the mustard and the pork. In a large pot, cook the Cavatappi Primo Gusto in plenty of water, according to the package instructions. Once ready, add the pasta into the pan with some cream, mix well and serve with freshly ground pink pepper.
